Vermont’s leading school-based Medicaid documentation system, supporting schools in capturing millions of dollars annually to fund educational activities for children. Includes the Vermont Medicaid logs with electronic signatures, allowing providers to efficiently submit documentation without the need for printing. The dynamic calendars on DAT and Personal Care logs make it easier for providers to document days of service. Letters and forms to manage communications with parents and physicians. Medicaid Status report aids in tracking the progress of Medicaid billing and in communication between Medicaid clerks and special educators.

Child Count Reporting

Incorporates a robust child count reporting feature that supports staff at the case manager or the supervisory union level to check and correct data before it is submitted to the state. In addition to checking options for the December and June state collections, a third option allows users to run a check at any time to help ensure accurate data for local reporting purposes. Child Count Plus report allows data to be exported to Excel for analysis and report generation.
